Electronic Materials, Ltd. (MCL) was formed as a Joint Venture among three
partners, MEMC,CSMC and LSF in December of 1995. The facility of
MCL runs from crystal pulling through polished wafers, which are suitable for
use in integrated circuit fabrication process. The process technology and
management experience introduced from the world top silicon manufacturer make
MCL the biggest and most advanced 100mm/125mm/150mm silicon wafer producer in China.
Full capacity of MCL is approximately 250,000 wafers per month. Space in MCL is
available for more than double capacity as the market develops
for MCL products.
High
quality of MCL products is consistent with that of equivalent products from
other world class manufacturers. MCL silicon wafers are being shipped to both
domestic and overseas customers.
